I have booked a flat in Vaikunth multi-state cooperative housing society Ltd under the DDA land pooling policy and initially paid land cost also, after several requests they're not providing a copy of the land purchase agreement and the copy of the land submitted to DDA. Hence, I request you to provide me the legal validity of this transaction and if, it's illegal what are we suppose to do further.
