Asked in Property
Dear Sir, You have to approach concerned Revenue officers to remove the same from the revenue records and then approach Sub-Registrar office to remove from EC register. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
Hello An encumbrance refers to any charge created on any asset, more often used in the context of real estate. An Encumbrance Certificate or EC is a certificate of assurance that the property in question is free from any legal or monetary liability such as a mortgage or an uncleared loan. As the property is again mortgaged in 1986 that means the earlier mortgaged has been cleared. It would be advised to contact the concerned office and update the records.
