Asked in Property
Hi, Yes, it is a legitimate way of giving you the property. Once it has been duly stamped and registered, it makes you the new owner of the property. If you found this helpful, please rate and contact us.
Once a gift deed is made duly stamped and registered you are absolute owner of the Property A gift deed is a legal document to transfer the property from a donor (owner of the property) to a donee (a person who receives the transfer of property through gift deed) without any consideration. It is valid only if it is registered at the Sub-Registrar Office in the area where the property is located.
It may be a valid Document but still You have to pay the Stamp Fee on the transfer. Then you will be able to get the property transferred to your name. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
