My mother purchased a land, build a house and she is the sole owner of the property. she wanted to remove her elder son and her daughter in law from the property, who are not leaving the house at her will. her elder son is highly alcoholic, always involved in domestic violence, and an abuser, He was already leaving separate for 8 years before he got married in august 2020. Please help with the most easiest straight and healthy legal way of getting him removed from my mother's property

Dear Sir, If she is Senior Citizen then your mother can approach Assistant Commissioner Revenue a nodal officer under the provisions of Senior Citizen Act and get an order easily to evict her elder son from her property. Hello Sir/Ma'am Your mother have all right to ask his elder son to leave her and live seperately. Also untill she is alive she is the sole owner of that property and posses complete rights over that. Also she could make a will as well excluding his eldest son any share in the property. So that he cannot claim anything in that property even after your mom's death.
