My society is doing corruption in the statement of the area before redevelopment process, How can I stop that without having members support. MC is misleading members therefore I don't have any support from members. I have clear evidence of fraud but don't have enough support. Currently, they are forcing the redevelopment process. File a solid police complaint against the erring members of society and committee involved in the fraud and corruption. Then file a criminal case against them in court of law.

Hi, You can file a complaint against them for cheating and fraud under Sections 415 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Depending on what hardship you have suffered because of their activities, you may also make a claim for damages in civil Court.
