NCDRC Case- Follow Up Query To (10/10- Consumer Complaint At NCDRC)

As a followup to my earlier query, I believe the NCDRC thresh hold has been revised:) 1) NCDRC has a thresh hold limit of 2 crs revised down from 10 crs as of 01.01.2022 2) Yours - ' the value of your flat, along with interest charged, along with your compensation claim should exceed Rupees 1 Crore' Query- I do not intend surrendering the flat after having spent a good amount on renovations. The claim will only be for compensation towards discrepancies perpetrated by the builder during the entire process until the delivery of deficient goods. Further - In our case- the value of each apartment was 40 L each at the time of the booking in 2009, 75L at the time of the delivery in 2021 and claim amount may be in the range of 10L/ apartment. What will be the considered value of my owning (will it be for booking value in 2010 or Fair Market Value at delivery 10.5 years later?), because in this case I may alone meet the NCDRC criteria when considering 3 units.
