open parking cannot be sold. so the member who purchased 2 parking slots from the builder cannot claim any exclusive right over those parking spaces. if the number of flats are greater than the number of car parks then the society has to allot car parking to its members by rotation. you will have to write to the district deputy registrar of co-operative societies [ i hope he takes some action and issues a show cause notice to society]. if no action is taken then you can file a dispute case before the co-operative court against the society and the member with 2 parking slots.
