Ownership And Validity Of Patta

There's a plot ( 35x35 ft) on the south side of my house. It has been under my possession for the last 35 years. In East of my house, there was a plot whose owner sold it and now 3rd person has constructed a house and living. There is no gate of that house towards the backside of my house. Now, the original owner of that plot is claiming his Patta was of 45(W)*130(L) ft and he sold only 45*90 (over 20 years ago), so the remaining 45*45 ft is his plot. One room of my house is already built on that claimed plot (12 (w) X 27 (L) for the last 30 years. There is no exit / entrance of that plot except through my property. The person claiming it has never been there. There was never a boundary nor any construction on that land except my room. He’s claiming that I destroyed his wall last month but I have video evidence that there was no wall. Can he still legally claim this plot.
