Paid Loan Of Other Property As Per LIC Agents Advice, Stuck With Finance Now

Paid loan of other's property as per LIC agent's advice with the consent of owner, While registration only registrar refused to register as there is a court order of Rs.1000000 mitigation in a finance with seller. I took legal advice from a lawyer where he gave clearance that the property is clean to buy which is mistake by my lawyer. I can see there was a mitigation on survey numbers but not on document number which is where my lawyer made mistake. The document writer also missed to see the mitigation. I paid all amount in white money via RTGS to LIC. Now LIC is refusing to help us on an immediate basis. Seller is 100% supporting us and he is trying to sort this out with finance past one month. Is there any legal advice to remove mitigation created by Finance. Seller gave a bond in the past which finance is misusing it to gain more money from seller. According to seller he settled all lone from finance.
