Plot Number And Boundary Mismatch Issue

Hello Sir/Ma'am It would be suggested to first check the records in revenue department and registrar office regarding the said plot. Also if the boundary is mis matching with the plot number then first get it corrected through the government departments like tehsildar or revenue officer and then proceed with selling of that plot.
