if after getting stay further activity is conducted then contempt of court can be filed and a police complaint can also be filed

First of all it is essential to know what apprehension do you have and from whom. Only then it can be mentioned. On after hearing your alleged apprehension will issue Injunction/Stay against a specific person. And on completion of the case it will be made absolute terming it as Permanent Injunction.
