First of all it is essential to know what apprehension do you have and from whom. Only then it can be mentioned. On after hearing your alleged apprehension will issue Injunction/Stay against a specific person. And on completion of the case it will be made absolute terming it as Permanent Injunction. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Mr. Deepak Singh , Court Grant's Injunction on 3 grounds to a person if there is (i) existence of a prima facie case as pleaded, necessitating protection of the person's rights by issue of a temporary injunction; (ii) when the need for protection of the person's rights is compared with or weighed against the need for protection of the opponent rights or likely infringement of the opponent rights, the balance of convenience tilting in favour of the Complaintant and (iii) clear possibility of irreparable injury being caused to the personif the temporary injunction is not granted. While there different types of Injuction are there .To know more Contact any Advocates in this Forum for your relief.
