if after getting stay further activity is conducted then contempt of court can be filed and a police complaint can also be filed
First of all it is essential to know what apprehension do you have and from whom. Only then it can be mentioned. On after hearing your alleged apprehension will issue Injunction/Stay against a specific person. And on completion of the case it will be made absolute terming it as Permanent Injunction. Mr. Deepak Singh , Court Grant's Injunction on 3 grounds to a person if there is (i) existence of a prima facie case as pleaded, necessitating protection of the person's rights by issue of a temporary injunction; (ii) when the need for protection of the person's rights is compared with or weighed against the need for protection of the opponent rights or likely infringement of the opponent rights, the balance of convenience tilting in favour of the Complaintant and (iii) clear possibility of irreparable injury being caused to the personif the temporary injunction is not granted. Dear client, You have to file Civil suit in court for granting relief stay
1. you can apply for an injunction in the concerned court as per the subject matter of the case, 2. temporary stay is usually during the trial, and, permamnet is permanent until revoked, 3. illegal seizing is always Illegal, you can file contempt of court agsint the contemptor,
