My father is old aged and remains ill, so I being the only son(Stay in Pune) need to manage the property (in Assam) (not a sale but for rent)and all financial things. I want to get a Power of attorney from father so that it's easy for me to take all legal decisions on my father's account including the bank transaction and signature. Is this possible and what would be the expense for getting a POA in Pune.
