My mother recently died, she had made a registered will stating that after my death my property will be transferred to my husband (Mr. Gulati) and after my husband's death, it will be transferred to my only daughter. As I am their single child (daughter) the property will eventually come to me. But the problem here is, my father Mr. Gulati has been mentally unstable after my mother's death & I am taking care of him currently. As he's mentally unfit it involves lot of expenses & I m short of funds currently. Is there a way by which I can rent out the property (as per the registered rent agreement) & be able to meet his medical expenditures? Your advice will be highly appreciated.
