It will be better if you contact your local lawyer who will be able to guide you properly and effectively on the subject because the position always changes with circumstances. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Hi, You will need the proof of claim, title deed, sale/gift deed, secondary documents to the property (building plans etc.), along with the khata, Khata-B, encumbrance and occupancy certificates. You will also need to provide details about any power of attorney holders along with any securities you are providing.

Dear Sir, There is no such check list and you have to get documents from the landlord and the property lawyer will tell you about the missing documents. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
