Dear ma'am, You shall first get the property mutated in your name. Even if you don't do this, you as a legal heir hold the right to keep the property on lease. However, it is advised that you do the mutation process for permanent ownership of property as your father is not in the position to take care of it either. Thank you

You should get the property transferred and mutated in your own name for setting right the things forever. Thereafter you will possess the permanent right to deal with the property in the manner You like.. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
