Problem description: Mr Z made sales agreement with Mr X in Sep 2016 and paid full consideration. Mr. X told once he got venture approval I will register plot on your name, but after venture approval due to some reasons Mr. X registered plot to Mr. Y in April 2018 through a proper sale deed but Mr Z dint took any legal action on Mr X. In Jan 2021 after proper legal verification with lawyer I buy plot from Mr. Y through proper sale deed but I am unaware of their private sales agreement done between Mr. X and Mr. Z in 2016. In Feb 2021 Mr. Z sent legal notice to Mr. X through court and also included my name in others. In petition he mentioned Mr. X to Mr. Y sale deed is illegal Mr. Y is Benami for Mr. X and in sale deed given incorrect cheque number so Mr. X did fraud. Now main settlement case is in between Mr. X and Mr. Z, who got the more chances to win the case please advice what to do now to retain my plot or if Mr. Z wins then how to get back my money from Mr. Y
