Asked in Property
The co Owner has the right to raise the question. It would be proper to get the matter decided and finalised mutually before reaching out to the Builder. It will put the things right, proper and effective. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
as the property is joint so it will better to get partition first of all then allowed the construction
1. since it is a joint property, resultantly, consent of all partners/shareholders is mandatory, 2. two brothers can file a suit for the partition of the property against the third brother, and, after partition can provide the building to the builder
you should go into mediation through case if your brother not agree than you can file civil case against him
go for a arbitration proceeding first and after that you can file partition suit !!
