Property Dispute

Overview of Dispute: I have purchased a residential plot from a realtor in May 2010. The land was Registered in Tamilnadu Sub Registrar Office. I was told that the plot has patta and no issues in the property. Later, 2013 I built a RCC house in the said land. To my surprise ICF (Integeral Coach Factory) issued a notice stating that the land was belongs to Indian Railways hence remove the building at the immediate effect. I went to Madras high court and got a Stay order. After long struggle in court, the Honeble’ court ordered in Jan’2019, the said land belongs to ICF. From then I have been asking the Realtor to provide alternate property, he accepted and promised me to provide another property, but he has been postponing the registration of the new land saying some excuses, whenever I call him he ignores it after 100 or 200 calls he picked up and say new reason. I went lodged a complaint in Local police station but they said it’s a Civil Case so they can't help. Kindly advise me.
