I purchased a plot in the year 2000 and besides my plot another plot is vacant. One person purchased that vacant plot and demolished my boundary wall north facing, saying it is mine. I file the title suit case in 2014 in district court. It is still in process and in between, he constructed the house. So kindly advise now what are the legal options available for me so that I can take back my land which is around 15ft. back from him. Thank you.
