I am Binoy Mishra, staying in Canada right now, my mom and brother in Udaipur (Rajasthan).we have a property worth 45-50 lakhs in Varanasi and father passed away a year ago, the KHATAUNI is transferred in mine and my my brother and moms name. My mom got a call from a goon to sell the property in a very lesser price as the goon is friend's with my uncle`s son (I had 3 uncles (My father and his 3 brothers ) out of which 2 passed away). All of them stay in the same place in Varanasi . I want to sell it in a higher price .Please suggest as to what should be the right course of action.

File a police complaint against them. Immediately go to the nearest police station and file an FIR against them. If you think that the police is not able to take any action against them, then move to the High Court and seek protection for yourself
