My grandfather already prepared the will deed for his sons. Each of son allotted a house but my uncle is occupying our house for 6 years. My father died and now he is not getting agreeing to vacant the house. We are totally in a breakdown situation what should we do. Can he claim the property under any law of the tenant even after having will deed
