Property in India, 4 Brothers and 2 sisters. property was in mothers name, who had intension of giving half of what the brothers recive to the sisters, she did not make a will, brothers occupy the property where one who occupies the most and does not want to sell. 1) Is is correct that the sisters and brothers have equal share to the property 2) One brother is delaying to register the property, can the brothers make the property on their name leaving out the sisters. 3) can the brothers delay and use some trick to make the property on their name and leave out the sisters out.
