PROPERTY EQUAL DIVISION DISPUTE

If you have proper documentation of the said purchased plot, you don't have to worry about the said purchased plot. And apart from that, for the plot in which your grandfather is co-sharer , if that plot is not partitioned yet, you can call him upon notice to come forward and help us by giving consent the partition of the said plot and if he denies you can file suit for partition.

My dear client I am sorry to hear about your situation but in this case you have to divide the property that was the name of both the brothers how ever you guys are not obligated or required by law to divide the property which was self acquired by your grandfather as a self acquired property and grandfather can do whatever he wants from that property
