since 50% is on mother name then 2 sisters and your husband will get 1/3 share after the mother death. So better ask mother to give gift deed or release deed in your name instead of husband name. If that also not done then ask mother to make a WILL atleast by putting her share to you or husband. If mother does not agree for any of these then you have to approach court and you can win by showing money transactions.
