Mr. Chandan Sharma , the Rule of Service for Government or such institutions is that a person actual job period is 35 years from the date of Joining his Job. Before completion of his/ her period .if that person demise. The Concerned institution on a compensator Ground gives same Job or Another job in same Department to any one of his children based on their Qualification only once. That is the Law.
