I have a property in Dwarka Delhi which was jointly owned by me and my late husband. We have four kids, now i am staying in Bangalore with one of my son and would like to sale the Delhi apartment, but one of my children / daughter is not willing to give me SPA for the portion owned by her that is 1/5th of her Dad's portion / inherited by her. Rest of my kids are ready to give SPA. I am suffering from Cancer and need to stay in Bangalore for my cure and treatment. Also I am 74 years old and need someone to take care of me 24/7.
