Property Matters

a. That our grandfather has a property. b. That he has expired around 1989. c. He has 2 sons who are no more but others are there. your mom and boromaima. d. He has 5 daughters. While 5 of them are no more 2 are there. e. We intend to sell the property in the name of our grandfather. This is ancestral property and there is no Will. Question. 1. We want everyone to get their share out of the sale. 2. Out of 7 share holders one shareholder who is the grandson of one of the daughters who has expired long ago is not co-operating. Can we sell leaving his share aside? 3. Do the daughters or their children of my grandfather who expired long ago in 1989 claim their share of the property now.
