I have purchased a resale flat in kolkata municipal corporation area. I am doing mutation now. The online process need one document for mutation. System asked me to upload scanned copy of documents of registration along with a certificate of eligibility of the premises issued by the competent authority u/s 14 of the WB apartment ownership act 1972. May I know what exact document needed for the same?
