    You already sold the property. so its registered on brother name or not ? if registered then all will get equal share. If not registered then you are still owner and have papers also.

    As per Hindu Law when a unmarried person dies, his property will be inherited by his siblings and parents. Since your parent are demised your Brother property to be divide by yourself and your sisters. With Regard to Loan you need approach Court for your relief.

    You can file a declaration suit before the civil court and get yourself declared as the successor of the property and enjoy it. if sisters want a share they have to fight in the court or if they don't want share they can give relinquishment deed
