Property Partition Of My Land After Death Of My Father

My grand father had five son. And my father was 3rd. Grand father has divided property into three parts and have given to the first three son and for the rest two have purchased another land and have settled them. My first uncle had no son and there fore given to the second son. My father property is there and after my fathers death. My uncle son is not providing the land to us. What we should do and how to proceed
