Definitely there are legal ways that you can claim ownership on that land. First you get declaration from the civil court. You may claim on oral that the land was given as gift from your father's younger brothers to your father. I had a very vast experience in dealing with these matters. You may also claim with legal ways about the oral partition and get registered with sub registrar that we can also claim as sale deed type. for further detail enquiry how to work on this matter you may consult me on my number or my email id *Email* also. First Email suggestion will be free. Don't worry We will not let you down that I can assure you. Please rate me after consulting and follow me. thanks
