First you file a suit for equal partition among the successor in the court. you should also need to get the injunction against the people who are in the possession, so that they can not sell the house without your consent. definitely you can win the case , you just need the proper direction.

You can file a Suit for Partition impleading all the Parties involved. You will also have to obtain injunction against the people in possession so that they don't alienate or sell the property without Your knowledge. You have a good case and you will succeed. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

hi, since there is no will, the property is to be equally divided among the three people. you sister has the right over the property but has no right to mentally harass or torture you. Since the property is not yet divided, you can do is: 1. file an FIR against her for harassing you 2. send her a legal notice to vacate the house as property is not yet divided 3. seek court and ask for injunction and mense profit. We can assist you in a better way, if you send us more details of your case.
