Property Rights/ownership Transfer

I am facing a difficult situation, I have a threat from my wife that open plot on my name has to be transferred to her name. This plot was bought with my parent's money and I took a land loan from ICICI bank and still paying EMIs (9 more years) and the registration document is in the bank. Due to my wife's adamant behavior I have a fear that she will bring disputes on my plot. So I want to give rights or make my parents owners for that plot. What is the best way(GPA, Settlement, Gift deed) to make the complete owners so that my wife will not involve in that land and litigate? And is it possible to make this arrangement while my registration doc is in the bank (I have a soft copy of the registration doc) Kindly suggest me
