We have a commercial property in partnership with 3 people. My grandfather was one of the partners in the commercial property. After he died, we claimed for the partition of the property and t be registered in my grandmother's name. Now the partners are putting up a condition that we will give you your share but you can not further sell it to anyone. Is it legal, can they legally impose this on us?

no the cannot impose any such condition you can sell out the property as per your will and wish to anyone

No, under the prevailing provisions of law no one can compel to alienate the property in the name of a specific person unless the law of pre emption is applicable and is applied in letter and spirit. Kindly get it confirmed from your Local Lawyer. Otherwise there is no such law. You take the decision according to your own sweet will keeping in view your own interest and benefits as well.
