Query Regaring UP Rent Control Act

Could anyone provide information about Rent Tribunal/Authority location/address in Ghaziabad and how to get in touch with them? My Landlord has asked me to vacate because he increased rent by 35% instead of 10%(as mentioned in the rent agreement) and I denied to pay that.He has given me 1 month notice and the lease has already expired. My prayer is that I want more time to vacate as I was not aware of this unexpected increment and would like to get the logic to make him understand. Please suggest
