Rajakaluve Next To My Building Boundary

Outside my apartment boundary there is Rajakaluve and distance of building from its edge is 10 meters. I heard that we use the space for playing purpose but cannot build any building there so the builder has made ammenities area to that .. Now the point is if the 10 meter from rajakalauve is enough as per law or there may be consequences later point of time ..
