I am a woman. MY father who died in 2002 has 2 male and a female(me) children. My two brothers partitioned the properties themselves on 2003 and I did not sign in that document. In 2012 I asked them for my rights on the property. The whole property is worth of RS 24lakhs (on 2012). I gave up my rights for about 2 lakhs on 2012. This is registered, and the property worth and the money I got was mentioned in the registered bond. Can I re-Claim my rights now? or Can I ask for balance amount now in 2020. We are Hindhu

You had Your right to property but at this point of time it is barred by limitation. The stipulated period of limitation will come in the way as the property was partitioned in 2003 and now much time has passed. Hence, it will be hopelessly barred by limitation.
