Registering House/land Via GPA

I am an NRI and looking to buy an immovable property in India. I want to understand if I can give GPA to my parents (They live in India) who can register the property on my name. And will there be any complication if I try to sell the property in the future? "The High Courts and Supreme Court in numerous occasions have stated that sale on the basis of GPA is not valid. The Supreme Court in Suraj Lamp Case, in 2011 had once again categorically stated that the GPA is not an instrument of transfer when it comes to right, title and interest in an immovable property."
