Release Deed Stamp Duty

- As per law, after the death of father , his property can be claimed by all his legal heirs , i.e. your mother if alive , and other sibling including sisters. - If you have already settlement with your brothers after taking a registered release deed , then you can claim full right over the said property . - Move an application before the Revenue officer for mutation of that property in your name .

You have to initiate the process afresh. Get the property transferred to your name from the Revenue Department by following the process. And you have to pay the Stamp Fee as levied by the State Government.
