Relinquishment Deed

If ‘A’ and 'B' are co-owners of a Apartment in Mumbai which is totally paid by 'A' and if B prepares Relinquishment deed can A or the heirs of A remove B from the Apartment. In short looking for something where 'B' cannot be moved from the apartment if this cannot be achievd by Relinquishment deed then how can this be achived.
