It seems there is no WILL. 2 sons and 1 daughter will get 33% each. Children will get their parents share.

Hi, The property will be divided equally among all legal heir according to Hindu Succession Act. If any will has been made by your mother-in-law then the property would be distributed accordingly. If there is no will then property will be divided to two sons and one daughter and then there share will be given to the grand children.
