Hi, We had 2 shops rented out. Out of which, one shop we have vacated back in 2020. Other shop person is still in possession and demanding money for vacating. These two shop people are in connection still. Just in case, If the vacated shop tenant comes back illegally into shop to extort money from us, what preventive actions we can take in advance to that in order to safeguard our possession?

Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case you can go ahead and file a case against them for extraorting money. In this case you can also file petition for restraining order against them.
