I have agricultural land in my village in the state of Bihar. The land belongs to my father and as per Bihar land Ceiling Act, the land is under the ceiling with all its particulars mentioned in the govt record for the ceiling. However, the land has been in my possession for the last several decades now. So can I sell this land to someone else? Am I legally authorized to do so.
