Asked in Property
Dear Sir, You can file the suit and take injunction order.
Since it remained an ancestral property You can ask for the partition of every inch of the share of the property. Hence, there should be no second thought. You are competent to file the suit for sale to the outsider as whole of the property has got to be partitioned between the members of the family. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
since the property is ancestral, therefore, you, being a legal heir, have a vested interest in the property, and, resultantly, you can file a case to restrain your father to sale the property other than a legal heir
if it's not divided between ur father and his brother then only u can claim but . but as u have mentioned that some property has not been divided then u can file suit. thank u
your grandfather also has a share in the ancestral property if he sold more than his share then you can file a suit
