Asked in Property
1 yes as there is no will so every legal heirs have equal rights 2 you can sold your share only
Only the Ancestrial Property has got to be divided between the legal heirs of the deceased. Secondly, in your case since there is no Will whole of the property is Joint Property hence all the legal heirs, I am repeating, are entitled for the share, not the grandsons. All of you Brothers and Sisters are entitled for to their equal shares excluding the grandsons of the deceased. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
