Salutation Error In Sale Agreement. | Vkeel - Free Legal Advice

I have made a sale agreement with the land owner and mistakenly they have entered salutation as SMT instead of SRI other than this everything else is correct like S/o, address and aadhar number. I have asked owner and they are denying to change it saying nothing will happen with this. But I am worried if this agreement is valid or not with salutation error. Please suggest. Thanks
