Hi, If the property is ancestral, then your step siblings will also have the right to claim their share of the same. However, your father's second marriage is void ab initio and the children born from it are illegitimate. The property may be divided in accordance with your grandmother's wishes. If she left no instructions, then all the legal heirs can claim equal shares of it. If you found this helpful, please rate us.

Dear Sir, It seems it is self acquired property of your father as such just be slow and get the property as per the wishes of your father otherwise you don’t get any share unless it is ancestral property coming from last 4 generations. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.

First of all Your Father Is punishable under 494 Of IPC For second marriage without divorce,Secondly if The Property Is of your grand mother, then Your mother and 4 of you have the right on that property after and father too because you all 3 brother and sister are full blood and the childrens of that women has only 50% of right in your fathers property and they can not claim any single peny in your grand parents property because they are half blood. so if you want your right just lodge an FIR against your father.after that he is bound for settlement.
