Hi, You may warn them to stop this. However, you may also claim the amount of all the damages caused to your property. The law protects your right and if someone's unreasonable use of their property interferes with your “quiet use and enjoyment” of your property, you can sue them for damages, or an injunction to stop them from doing, whatever it is that annoys you. If you find this answer helpful, please rate us.

You immediately get the lossess assessed from an architect and government approved valuer who will decide the losses occured to the building. Simultaneously you have to file a Civil Suit for injunction restraining your neighbour from raising further construction in view of the damage caused to your building. It will stop t he construction and also provide you damages. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
