Myself Rahul Rangari.During Purchasing a property, I gave 25% of amount as a token to a Seller and for which I made a Notarised Agreement on Rs.500 stamp Paper for the validity of 2 Months. In this 2 months, Seller gone to his village. After the validity of 2 months he returned and again I given some Amount to seller and also given all the Expenses for His Sale Deed And Registry. this time I made an agreement on Rs.100 Stamp Paper, because in next 2-3 days my home will be getting disbursed. But due to Corona My Home Loan got delayed for 15 days. And now my home loan is ready for disbursement to his name. But for which I needed his Bank account details for I called him for last 1 month but he is not receiving my any single calls. He is also reading all my WhatsApp messages but not responding. Now my bank is on waiting, I am also is on waiting for about 1.5 months. I am not understanding what to do now? Please help me that how could I legally and strictly do action against him?

hello First try to contact the seller by visiting his office to get your issue resolved. but in case he is till not responding to your messages and calls and not meeting you then in order to scare him, you could send a legal notice to him for the losses you suffered. But it would be suggested to solve the issue amicably as you just need his bank details, there might be some problem which you could solve amicably by talking. Thanks
