sellers all details and property details are mentioned properly. but seller's father name instead of Sheshadri it is Sheshshadri extra "sh" has been added in Absolute Sale deed which is in my name. But details are correct in previous owner (Seller ) sale deed. Seller took this plot from layout and he is the first buyer from the layout. Will it create any problem in future? Please help what can be done. What kind of problem may arise in future?

It will not cause any issue. You can take an affidavit from seller for name. Else you can go for rectification deed.
